1. Ordering. When you place an order with us, we will send you an email or other written confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the order by return. Only when such confirmation has been sent is Roliscon contractually bound to deliver to you at the specified price.

2. Availability and Delivery. Any order you place with us is subject to stock availability and any delivery time indicated on this web site or notified to you is for guidance only and may be subject to events beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is to be any abnormal or exceptional delay in shipment.

3. Prices and Delivery Charges. The price quoted for an item is subject to change without notice but the price applicable to your order will be that ruling at the time you place your order which will be the price shown on our web site at that time. The price excludes any shipping costs, customs charges or other taxes that may be applicable. Refer to the page entitled "Shipping Information" for details of any such charges.

4. Returns Policy. If you are dissatisfied in any way with the product after delivery, or wish to exercise your right to cancel your order under the statutory "cooling off period", then you may return the item in original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the charges made. Alternatively if you consider the item shipped was defective or was delivered in poor condition, at your option we will replace the item, free of charge.

Items returned to us should be sent to our normal address which is given on the Contact page. Please ensure you enclose your full name and address and the reference number of any invoice we have supplied when returning an item. It is also helpful to know why you are returning an item.
